- Bachelor's degree holders in relevant disciplines, such as human resources management, public administration, or a related field;
- Substantial relevant post-qualification experience in various HR functions within non-profit making or sizable organizations preferable;
- Experiences in full spectrum of HR operations and leadership development programmes are definite advantages;
- Well conversant with employment laws and related ordinances;
- Good command of both English and Chinese;
- High proficiency in AI applications, PC operations and HR information systems;
- Able to work under pressure and collaborate effectively to lead a team towards excellence;
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
Job Duties :
Oversee full spectrum of Human Resources functions;Assist in reviewing and re-defining HR policies as well as streamlining operational processes to meet statutory requirements and in response to Agency strategic plans and development;Support staff engagement and retention initiatives, leadership development, and recognition programmes;Responsible for analyzing, compiling and preparing survey and reports to support management decision;Deal with ad-hoc tasks and lead HR projects as needed.Regular staff can entitle benefits include annual leave, marriage leave, maternity leave, paternity leave, sick leave, compassion leave, family leave, medical insurance, personal accident insurance, medical service discounts, MPF employer voluntary contribution up to 10%.
