We invite experienced candidate to apply the following position :

Front Desk Supervisor (5 Day-Work Week)

Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and perform all Front Desk operations
  • Provide good customer service to hotel guests and check-in / out services
  • Perform administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties

Requirements :

  • Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related discipline
  • Mature, pleasant and able to work independently
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, Mandarin
  • Less experience will be considered as Assistant Front Desk Supervisor
