Assistant Manager, Financial Management and Operations

Your Role

• Assist the Management to develop and manage the department’s annual Opex budget target, ensuring optimal fund allocation.
• Assist the Management to provide financial insights to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor expenses, analyze budget performance, and implement necessary adjustments.
• Prepare detailed budget reports to support management in financial decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and assist with audits.
• Lead to coordinate financial transactions such as invoicing, payments, budget transfers with finance team
• Lead to reconcile invoices, process payments and maintain accurate financial records for the internal teams
