The Job
Establish and maintain close relationship with Brokers and Banker based partners to drive business growth.
Provide regular update and training to partners.
Provide support to partners to facilitate smooth business flow from submission to issuance. Build effective workflow by regular review if necessary.
Work closely with New Business (Underwriting) Team to facilitate the communication between internal dept. and the partners to ensure case issue in an effective manner.
Support SP Bank and Broker teams on daily case management
Share best practice with the sales team and conduct training workshop to improve the team’s knowledge
Organize events for brokers, bank partners and MCV clients
Assist supervisor and drive the credit & product approval in banks to facilitate business growth across all channels.
Support supervisor / peers on regular administration work.
Support ad hoc projects assigned by business head / supervisor from time to time
The Person
Degree holder in marketing / finance or related disciplines with at least 8 years’ experience in insurance industry in which at least 3 years in HNW business
Have Business Development experience (bank brokerage or broker channel) client management and partnership experience
Pass IIQE paper 1, 3
Strong communication skills and presentation skills
Solid HNW market knowledge in Hong Kong and China
Able to uplift sales team’s capacity in closing HNW cases and achieve target VNB / APE of HNW business
Excellent spoken and written skills in English and Chinese / Mandarin
