Salary : Basic (negotiable) + Commission
Summary : We are seeking an experienced sales leader to spearhead revenue growth and strategic initiatives across the Hong Kong and Macau markets. This individual will oversee a dedicated commercial team and play a critical role in shaping business direction across both B2B and B2C sectors
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate and report directly to Division General Manager to align sales objectives with organizational goals
- Drive commercial outcomes by coaching and guiding a regional sales force toward achieving revenue and margin targets for Hong Kong and Macau Territory
- Develop and refine market-specific strategies, ensuring effective execution across multiple sales channels
- Oversee end-to-end sales operations including forecasting, inventory oversight, pricing strategies, and product planning
- Support executive leadership with special projects and operational priorities as needed
- Occasional regional travel to markets including Japan, Thailand, and Mainland China (12 trips annually)
Candidate Profile :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related disciplineMinimum of 5 years commercial sales experience in the ICT (information and communications technology) or stationery sectors, including at least 2 years in a managerial roleFamiliarity with distribution networks, wholesale operations, or retail chain dynamics is preferredEstablished industry network with systems integrators and ICT solution providers will be advantageousNative Cantonese with good command of written and spoken Chinese and EnglishProven ability to lead teams effectively, foster collaboration, and deliver resultsStrong interpersonal communication and decision-making capabilitiesBenefits :
