Major Responsibilities :
- Maintain a strong profiles as an effective ambassador of the Hotel in the business sector
- Identify and develop business opportunities for events and catering sales
- Proactively create the strategic sales plan with a focus on catering and events
- Liaise and maintain a good relationship with all related parties
- Provide competitive market intelligence and identify the potential customers
- Lead, manage and drive team members to achieve sales targets
- Assist in maintaining a comprehensive, current and guest focused set of departmental standards and procedures and to oversees their implementation
- Work closely with management for preparing the departmental annual budget and goals
Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Tourism / Hospitality Management2 years of related experience or at least 1 years of experience in a similar capacity with proven recordsExcellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English languageProficient in Opera, MS Excel, Word, & PowerPointStrong leadership, interpersonal and training skillsGood communication and customer contact skillsService oriented with an eye for detailsCandidates with more experiences will be considered as Senior Sales Manager.
